Truffle Oil and Kale Chips


  • 1 large bunch of kale
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Tru Tuffle Oil


  1. Wash kale, then let dry – very important!
  2. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper
  3. Drizzle liberally with Tru Truffle Oil
  4. Spread on baking sheet sprayed with Pam
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Let cool. Store in airtight container.
